Casa Om Online

We are missing all of our retreat goers and counting down to the days where we can all practice our yoga together and share each other’s company.
In the meantime, we are bringing Casa Om to YOU and your home!
We want to share with you the experience of Casa Om Mexico and Casa Om Potomac.

We will bring these classes to you via Zoom. Please download Zoom – https://zoom.us/ It is a free application and it will take just one minute for the download. Once you sign up with us, we will e-mail you the link to your classes via Zoom.

  • Come take some time with me to reflect on what went well and didn’t last week.
    Each day is a new chance to build deeper connections to our loved ones, focus on our business, and improve our health. As we look ahead at the week, we will schedule in the things that are the most meaningful.

Class Descriptions

Cold Showers and Kundalini Meditation

Cold exposure and deep breathing reduces stress and increases adrenaline. The threats to our well being are internal. Let’s face those head on. We will do deep breathing, cold showers, light yoga and kriyas with dynamic breathing and mantra practice to get you pumped up for the day. Be ready to get in cold water and bring your journal in case we do a check in.

Cooking Class with Karmina in Mexico

Karmina is our head chef at Casa Om Mexico and an expert in Mexican cooking. She shares delicious vegetarian recipes that nourish the body.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga brings long holds to gentle poses for maximum muscle relaxation. It is a great practicie to do before rest or first thing in the morning.

Yoga Nidra

This is the most epic yoga sleep. Get ready to deeply relax and enter into a sweet meditative state.

Vinyasa with Weights

Bring 2,3,5 or 10 pound dumbbells for class. A filled water bottle or cans could work too! This is a fun fusion class with light strength training, vinyasa poses, meditation and relaxation.

Journaling your Vision for Tomorrow

Planning Tuesday on a Monday is a great idea. We’ll ask the basic questions. How do you want to feel when you wake up tomorrow? How will the day serve you? What problems do you want to solve? How can you get the love you want? What is the best use of your time? What would make Tuesday an awesome day for you? If we answer these and more, chances are it’s going to be a great day. Let’s plan so we don’t get planned upon.

Classic Hot Yoga (26 & 2)

The Classic Hot Yoga sequence (26 & 2) is an intense and challenging yet gentle form of exercise, suitable for all ages and all levels of ability
It is a sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises that allows the body to stretch, detoxify, relieve stress, tone, and heal chronic pain such as arthritis, joint aches, knee injuries, back problems, and more. The evenly paced moves are super low-impact, making the 26 & 2 a good option for everyone.

Kids Yoga Class with Siri Om & Siana

Siri Om will create an imaginary yoga adventure for the kids. We move, sing, breathe and have fun together.

Backbending Vinyasa Flow

The ancient yogis believed the energy centers along the spine, and if awakened, brought heightened states of enlightenment. In this Vinyasa flow class, we will introduce numerous back bends for invigorating strength and increased flexibility.

Massage technique class with Monica

Monica is a Shaman from Mexico. She is our amazing therapist at Casa Om Mexico. She knows so much about healing, body work and common sense wisdom. This is a great way to deepen your connection to anyone you are in quarantine with. It’s so important that we are getting the physical touch humans need right now.

Ashtanga Primary Series

Ashtanga yoga is from the lineage of krishnamacharya one of The Godfather’s of modern yoga. After Hargobind broke his back, he practiced this 6 days a week for 7 months. It was his first hatha yoga practice and a great system for you to have familiarity with.
