About the Retreat

You deserve a break! Join us for a weekend of yoga, nature, meditation, delicious organic food, and quality time with your yoga family! You’ll leave feeling like your mind and body have had a complete reset.
Retreat Leaders are Rachel Mzhickteno and Stephanie Katherine

Rachel and Stephanie are the owners of Hot Yoga Richmond in Richmond, VA. Stephanie has been teaching Bikram yoga for over 20 years and Rachel has been teaching for 10. Both bring vibrant energy to their classes and fully believe in the powerful healing abilities of the Bikram Yoga Practice. In addition to being veteran teachers and students of Bikram Yoga, Rachel and Stephanie will also be offering Yin Yoga and guided meditations at the retreat.
