Your Hosts:

Susan Smith and Kathleen Joraski. Susan is a Master Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Spiritual Guide and author of “The Power of Yoga” with over 30 years of education and experience in health, wellness, energy healing, Ayurveda, yoga, mindfulness, chakra clearing and spiritual awakening. Kathleen, ERYT-500, is a gifted Teacher of Teachers. She holds certifications in The Eight-Limbed Path of Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Yin Yoga and Reiki Level 2.
