About the Retreat


This experiential workshop will educate and guide you in sustainable, practical methods to reduce tension and stress, boost performance, connect with your inner technology, and ultimately down regulate your nervous system to a relaxed state.

Arrive Friday at 3pm, stay at Casa Om http://casaom.com/on-the-potomac-wva/ for the duration of the workshop, and depart on Monday at 10am. Each individual or couple will have a private room and bathroom. All healthy prepared meals are included and cooked on site.
