About the Retreat

Creativity, Finding Your Voice and Getting Better at Your Art and Craft.

This retreat is an opportunity for you to recharge, reflect and reconnect with your personal artistic voice and creativity. A mind, body, and spirit-lifting experience guaranteed to take your work to a new level! The intention of this retreat is to help you connect with your purpose, fire up your passion and get better at making your art.
Casa Om Potomac is the premier yoga retreat center on the east coast. Just a 90-minute drive from DC and situated on 65 wooded acres the center has breathtaking river views, hiking trails, and a private chef! Our Creative Play workshop is led by Bonnie, and yoga sessions by Casa Om’s certified instructors are designed for all levels of experience. Click here for details.
Gentle Yoga, exercise, healthy meals, and a breathtaking environment completely support our journey to connect with our creativity. Students will create artworks and studio studies that explore the emotional connection between you and your art. These exercises are guaranteed to take your work in new and exciting directions. You may even rediscover something wonderful about yourself and others you might have forgotten over the year + of Covid weirdness.

For anyone who attended our Autumn 2021 retreat, there will be some similarities, like the fantastic food and creative play exercises. Nonetheless, there will be lots of “new” including an entirely different finished art project.

As the premier Yoga Retreat on the east coast, Casa Om Potomac is a beautifully appointed estate home situated on 60 + acres along the Potomac River, hiking trails, swimming pool, hot tub, cold tub, jaw-dropping river views, and just a 90-minute drive from Washington, DC. There is kayaking, “spelunking” (caves), a nearby nature center with paved trails, and a peaceful, reinvigorating environment.

Our days begin and end with yoga and meditation. Private chef-prepared gourmet vegetarian meals, evening bonfires overlooking the river and private rooms with en-suite bathrooms are standard fare. Our yoga sessions will be led by Casa Om certified instructors, and all will be tailored to our student’s abilities and interests in mind. Yoga experience is not required nor is our participation.
